Reserving your date:

Q: Do you have set packages and pricing?

Yes. Packages average around $3500 (Jun-Oct) with a range of options that include albums, image discs, and engagement sessions. The packages always follow these guidelines:

Pricing consideration is given for quiet season. Please use the contact form for additional details on and include any specifics that would be helpful about you and your wedding plans.

Q: How do we reserve you as our photographer?

A: To reserve me to photograph your wedding, simply mail in the signed agreement along with the retainer. Please contact me for this information.

Q: Should we meet in person today or closer to the wedding?

A: I'd be happy to offer a few times in the next week to meet or if you have been referred to me through a past client and are fairly certain that you'll be hiring me, we can just chat on the phone initially. After booking, we would then set up a meeting 1-2 months before your wedding to talk about everything... time-line, special people, and all the little details you've worked so hard on. Meeting close to the wedding is helpful for a number of reasons. You'll be able to share with me all of the current details and time-lines, which will help me keep your day running smooth. It also provides all three of us with both with a comfort level with each other and any posing tips I share with you will be fresh in your mind on your wedding day. That being said this is just my suggestion and either meeting today or a month before you’re wedding is totally up to you.

Q: Can you help us approximate how many hours of coverage we need?

A: Sure, these two facts should help. First, the getting ready photos take no more than 1hr. Second, you'll only want a professional photographer the first 3-4 hrs of the reception.... then everyone tends to get a little "untucked." So, here's a formula.

Q: Will you notify us if someone else is looking at our date?

A: I want you to be excited about working with me and book us because you know I am the right fit, not because I told you to hurry up before someone else books. Once I receive your signed agreement that is when your date is reserved.
